WINE DESCRIPTION: One of Mandrarossa’s flagship wines, produced using the best selection of Nero d’Avola grapes. A structured, balanced and well-rounded wine that captivates everyone. The wine is intense red in colour with vibrant purple notes. The aroma is intense, with notes of wild blackberries and sour cherry. On the palate it is clear and well-defined, with notes of date and scents of maritime pine.
FOOD PAIRING: Pairs well with beef, semi-aged cheeses, and mildly spicy foods.
