WINE DESCRIPTION: The wine has a straw yellow color with gold-green reflections. The nose has hints of orange peel, oleander and ripe prickly pears. On the palate it is powerful and enveloping, with marked minerality and persistence.
FOOD PAIRING: Excellent in combination with pasta with clams, roasted prawns, mussels au gratin.
