White – Blend of Sicilian white grapes – Slightly sparkling, light

 

The vineyards grow on hilly soils in the Menfi area. The grapes, less exposed to the hot Sirocco wind, ripen slowly and fully express their typical scents, maintaining a pleasant acidity. This sparkling wine has a light straw yellow colour; it is intense to the nose, with delicate hints of orange blossom and jasmine. Fresh and easy to drink, with a long lasting effervescence.

 

Excellent as aperitif or combined with fish crudités, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
