WINE DESCRIPTION: Dark garnet colour with a red rim. The high-intensity nose of dark fruit and leather. Dry, medium alcohol and tannins, medium (+) acidity. Jammy flavours dominate. Amazingly soft mouthfeel. Long. What an easy drinking, balanced and soft wine.
FOOD PAIRING: Best paired with salted fish, duck, red meat, game, stews, wild boar, guinea fowl or duck-based, roast veal, and roast pork.
