WINE DESCRIPTION: A beautiful salmon colour imparted by the slightly tinted hue found on Pinot Grigio grapes. Pleasing aromas of wild strawberries that get ripen through time. Crisp minerality combined with citrus and forest fruit characters.

FOOD PAIRING: This wine is perfectly enjoyed on its own or with light dishes such as grilled chicken and fish, prawns, smoked salmon salad, lamb served pink, soft cheeses, veggie skewers, chicken and risotto.
