WINE DESCRIPTION: Soft, dry, rich in tannin, harmonious and full. As a young wine, this wine still shows a slightly fruity side, which disappears with the progress of aging. The end is tannic. The sapient maturation is characterized by a very rich bouquet with an aroma of dry flowers, violet, truffle, licorice, and spices; the ending is expressed with particular persistence.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with dishes based on red meat and game, roast, and stews. Also ideal to accompany spicy and aged cheeses in general.
